Going Fishing

We could not go on summer vacation this year because of COVID19 so I decided to go fishing regularly at our community lake. Before I go fishing, I check to see if I have the right hook, the best bait to float, and lures. I prefer to use the hotdog bait when I am fishing for catfish. Fishing helps me relax to get rid of stress.

In the scorching summer days, I wear sunscreen when fishing to prevent sunburn and I drink plenty of water. I am careful when taking the hook out of the fish's mouth because the hook can pierce through the skin when not handled with care. Then I gently release the fish back into the water safely.

Fishing is good for you to relax, lower your stress, helps your thinking process, is good for your body, and you’ll feel happier.
