Edwin Castillo has been an Advocate Supervisor and Advocate with Disability Rights Texas since September 3, 2019. Edwin has worked previously as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (VRC) with both the Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) and the Texas Workforce Commission Vocational Rehabilitation (TWC-VR) program. Edwin is a former Independent Living Services (ILS) Program Director with the Heart of Central Texas Independent Living (HOCTIL) Center. Edwin has over 20 years of experience working with people with disabilities.
